Which documents are available on this page?
This page provides access to operating instructions, filling guides, accessory information and food-contact documentation for selected Rocketpacks beverage backpacks and mobile vendor systems.
How do I find the correct manual for my beverage backpack?
Identify the exact product name, container capacity and dispensing configuration before selecting a document. The model designation can normally be found in the order documents, product description or on the equipment itself.
Why is the exact backpack model important?
Rocketpacks beverage systems may differ in container material, capacity, hose connections, dispensing taps and pressure equipment. Instructions for another model may therefore contain procedures or components that do not apply to your system.
Do still and carbonated beverages use the same instructions?
No. Gravity-operated systems for still beverages and pressure-assisted systems for carbonated drinks require different preparation and dispensing procedures. Select the document that corresponds to the beverage and equipment configuration supplied.
Where can I find instructions for filling a backpack from a beverage keg?
The accessory section includes separate filling guides for compatible keg-filling equipment. These documents illustrate the required connections between the beverage keg, filling line, gas supply and Rocketpacks beverage container.
What is a closed filling system?
A closed filling system transfers the beverage through connected hoses from the source keg into the backpack container. The beverage is not poured through an open filling inlet during this procedure.
Can every Rocketpacks container be filled directly from a keg?
No. Direct filling from a keg requires compatible container connections and the appropriate filling equipment. The suitability of the container and accessory set should be confirmed before the system is connected.
Are CO₂ components included with every beverage backpack?
No. CO₂ cylinders, regulators and filling accessories are configuration-dependent and may be optional equipment. The supplied components are specified in the corresponding quotation, order confirmation or product description.
Does the user manual replace practical staff instruction?
No. The manual provides product-specific guidance, but operators should also receive practical instruction with the actual backpack, beverage and dispensing equipment before the first event.
What should be checked before using the equipment?
- Confirm that the correct manual has been selected.
- Inspect the beverage container, lid and seals.
- Check hoses, couplings and dispensing taps.
- Verify that pressure accessories are compatible and connected correctly.
- Make sure that the carrying system is adjusted to the operator.
- Perform a dispensing and leak test before public use.
What should I do if my model is not listed?
Some older, customised or discontinued configurations may not have a separate document on this page. In this case, provide the product name, container capacity, approximate purchase date and photographs of the relevant connections when contacting technical support.
Can instructions from a similar model be used?
Only use another model’s instructions after confirming that the container, connections and dispensing system are technically identical. Similar external dimensions do not necessarily mean that the operating procedure is the same.
Are the documents also relevant for replacement parts?
The manuals can help identify the installed components, but compatibility should still be verified before ordering replacement hoses, taps, seals, couplings or pressure accessories.
Where can I find information about food-contact compliance?
The document overview includes the available declaration for food-contact materials used in the relevant Rocketpacks beverage systems. This document is separate from the operating instructions.
What information should be included in a technical support request?
- Exact product or accessory name
- Container capacity and material
- Still or carbonated beverage configuration
- Description of the problem
- Photographs of the complete system and affected component
- Short video if the problem occurs during filling or dispensing
- Order or invoice number where available
How should the manuals be stored?
Keep a digital or printed copy available wherever the equipment is prepared, filled or cleaned. Staff should be able to consult the relevant instructions before use and during technical checks.
